Individual practice conversations with Lama Kunsang
On the path of practicing Tibetan Buddhism, many questions can arise that are best clarified directly in a personal conversation with the Lama. The path is individual and different for everyone.
Appointments are arranged by agreement.
Counselling, blessing, end-of-life care
There are moments in life that call for a new beginning or a conclusion. Blessings take place to ease these inner processes. Whoever moves into a new house or apartment enters into a story. Transitions in all situations of life – birth, marriage, separation, exams, housewarming, business matters etc. – can be blessed, and are thereby consciously carried out and act auspiciously.
Lama Kunsang is trained in accompanying dying people and those who wish to prepare for it. He can advise on the kind of rituals a person wishes for at their death. It is desirable that the farewell is consciously prepared and that one remembers the good of life. This attitude can already be practiced during one's lifetime.
Mantra healing with singing bowl (according to the system of Drikung medicine and Yuthok oral transmission)
Mantra recitation forms an important part of Traditional Tibetan Medicine. Through the vibration of the secret mantras, energy and power are released that can dissolve inner and outer blockages. The singing bowl increases the concentration of the sound vibration.

Sand mandalas
During his training as a monk, Lama Kunsang learned not only thangka painting but also the sprinkling of sand mandalas. A sand mandala is created with the finest colored grains of sand, in hours or days of concentrated work, accompanied by recitation and prayer. The shapes and colors have a symbolic meaning. After the mandala is completed, it is ceremonially dissolved again. It symbolizes the impermanence of life. Sand mandalas can be created on request.
Filling of Buddhist statues
Lama Kunsang offers to fill Buddhist statues professionally in the traditional way. To learn about the applicable conditions, please contact us and let us know the type and size of the statue in question.
Information events for school classes or groups
On request, Lama Kunsang gives a short introduction to the philosophy of Tibetan Buddhism and the associated methods of meditation or Tsa Lung, Tibetan yoga. The event can take place at the Center for Meditation, Tsa Lung and Philosophy in Kreuzlingen, or at any other location.
Participation in interreligious and cultural events
The center is involved in the Round Table of Religions, Kreuzlingen. On request, Lama Kunsang gives talks on Buddhist philosophy and questions of life.
